If you think this is bad, you should see how bad it is at my office in Cambridge! The water literally goes out at least once a month, along with power failures, backed-up toilets, and one of the three lifts is almost always out of commission. Of course, that’s in a developing country: Britain. I’m sure the UK will be up to the standards of developed nations like Taiwan within the next few decades. By then they might even figure out how to make hot and cold water come from the same tap at the same time! 🙂
